I think you have some good photos here and the focus seems to be on these two children.
I think that you are lacking context though. Who are these children? Why are they important? What are the doing in this space? We can see that they probably know and are playing with each other. Why are you photographing them?
I've read through your proposal and if you are a nanny show that. You could photograph them being dropped off and the many different things that you guys do together. I think them being stagnant in the living room doesn't communicate your proposal.
